Meet the Team
Miriam – Founder/Owner and Lead Photographer (She/Her)
In 2011 Miriam started her photography business while living in Western Australia. She built great relationships with regular corporate clients as well as having a studio for newborn photoshoots, a gallery for her landscape prints, and teaching photography lessons!
She gained property photography experience during the housing boom there, undertaking shoots for the Housing Industry Awards, the Department of Housing, and Jan Ford Real Estate.
Miriam has a genuine love of British buildings, having taken a History of Architecture module at Nottingham University. Her enthusiasm reached new heights when she moved back to the UK in 2015 – it made her really appreciate the beauty of the styles, history and variety of British buildings. So she launched her business back here specialising in property photography for interior designers, architects, and estate agents.
Gemma – Photographer and Lifestyle Stager (She/Her)
Gemma joined us in September 2021 and is also a specialist property photographer, having trained under Miriam’s guidance for over a year.
With a CPD in Interior Design & Home Styling and experience of working in both the luxury housing and the construction industries, Gemma has a great background for knowing how to photograph properties beautifully. She also has a natural flair for styling properties, which led us to add our Property Styling / Lifestyle Staging service in early 2022.
With many happy clients (and a few photography awards!) under her belt, Gemma is an essential part of our team - and brings the sunshine to every shoot!
Oliver – Photographer and Videographer (He/Him)
Demand for our videography service (in addition to photography) has been increasing year on year, so in August 2024 we happily welcomed Oliver to the team to help us meet our clients' needs.
He has a BA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography, a real passion for his work and a great eye for beautiful imagery. Topping that off with his enthusiasm for learning and growing as a professional photographer, we're confident that he'll help us work towards our company goals. The cherry on the cake is that he’s also a whole lot of fun!
He’s currently training up under Miriam to be a property photography specialist, so expect to see him out and about on shoots with her until he’s mastered the art and takes on his own projects.
Joanna – Office Manager (She/Her)
Joanna comes from a digital marketing background and is Miriam’s sister. In the summer of 2020 Miriam was snowed under with work so Joanna started to help out by taking over her social media channels and sourcing music for the property videos.
As time went on it was obvious Miriam needed even more help as she was so busy, and more and more work was being passed Joanna’s way… Until eventually, in June 2021, they made it official and joined forces full time.
Joanna is home office-based and handles client enquiries, photoshoot bookings, delivery of photographs, virtual staging requests, website management, social media, and countless other tasks required to keep everything going smoothly!
